Via VL Consultants Consultant / project manager:- Research / Introduction new PIM system- Warehouse / Logistics change of all frozen goods - Identify logistical chains and challenges for warehousing & distribution

Our business operations team is responsible for order entry, invoicing and business operations. Next to managing this team I am also responsible for logistics and EDI and making processes easier by looking at more efficient ways of working company wide by looking at and changing/ improving processes and procedures.

The sales support team is responsible for back office, order entry, invoicing, EDI, logistics, customer service and sales support. I have set up the back office at the head office in Harderwijk in 2008 and started with a new team at our production location in Hoogeveen in 2010. Over the last years, we have grown as a company but also as a sales support team by creating dedicated customer teams. I am also responsible for transport contracts and budgets, EDI and I participate in several internal project teams regarding procedures and structures. Next to this, I have been a project manager for larger projects within the company, mostly for larger UK and German projects - from the moment that the contract has been signed to the moment the article is launched in store.
