I am accountable to stakeholders for the product success, a single point of focus for the product features, & am the voice of the product between stakeholders and delivery teams.

I was expatriated to Edinburgh, Scotland to lead the design and build of an Employee Share Purchase Plan system, compliant with Inland Revenue's Employee Share and Option plans. Responsibilities included business analysis, systems analysis & design, programming, testing, documentation, building migration software and migrating the Royal Bank of Scotland's clients onto Computershare's new system.From there I moved to New Jersey, USA with the same mission and goal...to design, develop and deliver the equivalent product for the US market including the migration of the Merrill Lynch book of business onto our new system.Montreal, Canada followed with new requirements, new Employee Share Plans and challenges, resulting in a successful design, build, implementation and migration of the Bank of Montreal's stock transfer business.
