Compiti da Responsabile Settore Giovanile:- Creazione e gestione del bilancio preventivo e consuntivo che prevede ogni anno degli step di crescita con inserimento di nuovi servizi mantenendo il pareggio tra entrate e uscite, partendo da una situazione di passivo ereditata e già ripianata dopo la prima stagione;- Costruzione e condivisione del progetto tecnico-educativo con selezione del personale in funzione degli obiettivi prefissati;- Gestione dell'organizzazione logistica riguardo orari, giorni, disponibilità e costruzione dei team squadra in maniera funzionale;- Organizzazione di eventi correlati alla vita sportiva quali tornei fuori regione o in loco, camp estivi, cene sociali, provini, Open Day, ecc;- Gestione contrattuale del personale secondo la nuova riforma dello sport con comunicazione al RAS (inclusa la prima squadra) con creazione da zero della documentazione necessaria per volontari, amministrativo-gestionali e co.co.co. sportivi di differente tipologia a seconda del ruolo;- Gestione documentazione e mantenimento standard di qualità per Scuola Calcio Terzo Livello (attualmente con requisiti per ottenimento del Quarto Livello riservato a professionistiche);- Rapporto quotidiano, costante e diretto con staff, genitori e altre società;- Gestione documentazione con creazione modelli di valutazione e controllo, gestiti in condivisione con gli altri componenti dello staff attraverso Google Drive;Attualmente Social Media Manager e Grafico con cura del restyling societario. Creazione di nuovo logo e divise da gioco per tutto il settore giovanile per sviluppare il senso identitario dei giovani con i colori societari. In programma la costruzione di un nuovo sito Web in aggiunta ai profili social rivisitati o creati da zero. Creazione grafiche di vario tipo a seconda della necessità.Gestione rete commerciale con creazione Brochure pubblicitaria, moduli contrattuali e rapporto diretto con gli sponsor attraverso un coinvolgimento diretto e attivo.
