Solid experience, with over 20 years in Human Resources, career built in multinational and national companies in the electronics, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and textiles sectors, where I worked as a Business Partner and Head of HR.Throughout my career, I led human resources management projects, focusing on leadership development, organizational diagnosis, climate management, cultural change, talent development and career and succession management. I was also responsible for implementing Human Resources areas, restructuring teams and defining policies, processes and people management systems, reporting directly to the CEO.As a generalist professional, I was responsible for ensuring the implementation of people management policies covering all HR processes, from recruitment and selection to personnel administration and payroll. I also had the opportunity to contribute to the dissemination of a culture of compliance as a member of the Ethics Committee, working on case and indicator management.My international experience, acquired in Latin American, European and United States countries, enriches my work in mergers, acquisitions and closing of business units, always supporting initiatives related to people management.Currently, at Essência DHO I dedicate myself to supporting organizations in the development of leaders and teams, succession planning, talent management, assessments, executive and career coaching, and executive mentoring. My approach involves the co-creation of customized projects and my work includes the implementation of 360º surveys, 9-box calibration committees and organizational climate management, in addition to assessments and feedback using the Hogan Assessment System and other tools.
