During the 1st half of 2013, I followed the project of company evaluation with the goal of being sold to another important italian plastic edgebanding producer.I cooperated with industrial, financial, tax and environmental advisors to prepare a detailed Due Diligence of the company. This process finished in August 2013 with the complete acquisition of the company.

Working in strong contact with the salesforce, prepare a technical solution for a pre-contracting layout of a beverage-packaging line (glass, plastic or cans container), starting with the machines selection, going on with the CAD layout preparation (often completed with a customer's facilities visit) and with the economical quotation of the whole project
