After a good college career where I really appreciated all the arguments related to the management of production (I even modify my Studies’ curricula directing it towards exams more focused on it).I worked as an engineering consultant at Agusta-Westland at the site of Lublin (Poland), experience in which I could also delve into important situations related to the production and focus on Lean Manufacturing projects in which the company in question has decided to invest.In front of an attractive job offer, supported also by the possibility of coming back to work in Italy, (it has not been a problem for me to work abroad, but I did not want to risk to have only Eastern European work experiences in my CV) I moved to my current job: technical director of a small company in Verona.At the end of 2013, attracted by the offer to work more in touch with electromechanical fields and related developments, I moved to Milan where I got an offer for the position of Technical Manager into a tooling machines company that has recently changed ownership.During this experience I'm following tasks such as engineering design, research and development up to the installation of the machinery and the following after-sales service. Moreover, I’m in charge of Technical Sailing Activities, including international fairs.
