I am currently doing my PhD as a part of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie ITN network DISTINCT, where we are 15 PhD-students working on dementia and technology. My PhD is about the use and acceptance of social robots for people with dementia in nursing homes. Besides working at the DZNE Witten, I am doing research stays with Alzheimer Europe in Luxembourg, the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm and the University of Copenhagen.
