- Planning and coordination of all activities within the R&D department concerning the development and marketing of a process for the production of lignocellulosic biomass fuels,- Coordination of a dedicated R&D team (engineers, biotechnologists, chemists) and laboratory staff,- Interface with other business functions such as business development, production and engineering,- Interact with potential customers, major partners.

- Management and coordination of R&D activities for the development of customers’ pre-marketing packaging formulations for food applications (bottles and films). - Evaluation and optimization of the solutions proposed according to customer needs,- Interface with other group functions such as marketing and technical assistance, in the development of new packaging solutions for food (bottles and films).

- R&D project management in new resin development (PET for packaging) in close collaboration with US research centers (6+ months of permanence),- R&D project management in process development filed, from pilot plants up to industrialization on production facilities.
