My responsibilities encompassed establishing high-quality standards, programmatic inspection requirements, and project-specific quality documents. Furthermore, integrated management of the qualitative processes and producibility of space products, overseeing Non-Conformance Reports, witnessing critical inspections, and ensuring proper quality and configuration at all levels of inspection points.Leadership and team management skills and coaching contributed to the success to the projects and the activities carried out, where focusing of quality aspect to achieve the large benefit both technical, programmatic and economic objectives.
