Support the implementation of the corporate services transformation programme, achieving the implementation of Procure to Pay using TechOne, including the support for the transition of the departments Payroll services to Shared Services Centre.

Specialist support services across a range of complex issues encountered during the Transition of SRSS recipients for the provision of payment from DIBP to DHS. Responsible for the definition of reconciliation strategies required for ongoing program assurance.

Onshore and offshore border capability programmes, including responsibility for the Branch restructure and job realignment across teams.

Project Director for the second tranche delivery of the SAP Aged Care Modernisation Project, reporting directly with the SES Band 2, General Manager for Aged Care and the Chief Information Officer. Responsible for a team exceeding 200 members, and providing coverage for systems integration outcomes, including business change management impacts.

A key member of the Program Delivery team, the Integrated Release Management Team (IRMT), steering the integrated delivery and transition of multiple programs of work to implement the Carbon Pricing Mechanism. Responsible for the Change Management, Communication and Training deliverables across the CER.
