- Manage all activities related to materials demand and supply planning, as per projects’ needs;- Manage all activities related to follow-up of deliveries and materials entry into the ERP, as well as provide latest delivery dates to internal stakeholders;- Monitoring of NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) upon defects and damages, until the replenishment of the materials;- Oversee all Master Data and Bill of Materials maintenance in ERP in order to ensure accurate data;- Propose KPIs (e.g. OTIF delivery performance, Missing Parts analysis), action plans, and animate Procurement Center daily meetings and monthly QCD review, in order to solve issues and monitor internal and external performances;- Act in recruitment, training and workload organization of the procurement team.

 Lead Supply Chain activities in projects, from TTM (Tender Transfer Meeting) until delivery of products and validation by the customer, as well as follow up the warranty period; Follow up Supply Chain’s Work Packages (WPs) and project’s Cash Out in order to control and ensure the progress of costs in accordance with the forecasted budget; Participate in Make-or-Buy analysis and strategic decision;  Act as interface between Project Manager, Engineering, Sourcing and Logistics, in order to ensure the required information to start up the Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order processes, as per milestones (mockup and SOP); Track the acquisition process of critical materials throughout PMFU (Part Maturity Follow-up) tool, identifying risks of missing parts and defining action plans for mitigation; Coordinate logistics requirements for key suppliers (Logistics and Packaging Specification, flows, production capacity); Elaborate KPIs in order to monitor internal and external performance, such as Logistics Specifications agreements, Purchase Requisition creation, Purchase Order creation and forecasted Missing Parts. Participate in the Change Control Board (CBB) meetings to ensure all logistics aspects are taken into account.

 Procure materials from national and international suppliers, mainly electrical and electronic components, totalizing an annual purchase amount of EUR 11,000,000; Negotiate price lists and supply contracts of short, medium and long term, reporting the activities to the Central Team; Constant research for supply alternatives in local and international market, aiming targets of Quality, Cost & Delivery; Acted as controller (WP Owner) of sourcing processes for local projects as CPTM, Metrô SP and Metrô DF; Key User of “Sourcing Process & Tools Alstom” applied to evaluation of suppliers, savings management, online bidding and sourcing maturity procedures (SMART).

 Quotation of supplies and spare parts in order to compose product’s sales price; Support the creation of operational budgets, production controls and projects schedules; Support the studies of new projects development.
