In addition to the revenue related tasks detailed below my position now involves managing the Reservation’s department; a team of 10 staff to ensure they’re meeting the required objectives.- Provide supervision, direction, training and leadership to Reservations Staff, including scheduling, performance management and department planning- Maintain a professional working relationship and promote open lines of communication with employees in order to boost morale and improve employee retention.- Ensure guest inquiries are responded in a timely manner and reflect Alrov Luxury standards and their operating policies and procedures- Ensure reservations staff are refreshed and well-informed on available and new rate plans and promotions- Audit reservations to ensure complete and accurate information

- Implement Revenue management pricing strategies and processes in order to optimize and maximize Hotel revenue- Lead weekly Revenue Meetings with the hotel’s executive management in order to monitor and adjust sales and pricing strategies. Which includes the preparation of relevant material, ensuring the reports are up to date, accurate and consistent- Work in partnership with the Sales Managers assisting them in the effective promotion of the Hotel’s rates, packages and promotions across multiple market segments in order to drive and develop both it’s domestic and international business- Manage the relationship with key online distribution partners such as Leading Hotels of the World and OTAs to achieve rate parity across all distribution channels- Implement pricing strategies across all distribution channels, updating rates as applicable through the monitoring of daily pick up reports, business on the books and competitor pricing- Monitor and review Hotel’s competitor set with regard to current rates, packages and positioning against both Hotels to maintain a leading, competitive pricing strategy against the benchmark market share.

- Coordinates reservations for groups (up to 300 rooms) managing all room, meal, meeting requests and payments- Coordination of group events- Customer satisfaction - meeting with agents/clients to discuss forthcoming stay; meeting groups upon arrival; serving as the designated liaison between clients, agents, and all hotel departments throughout their stay- Staff training and ensuring departmental teamwork- Responsible for manager’s tasks in his absence - Attend regular F&B weekly meetings for all hotel events - Coordinated the Pesach group reservations for entire hotel, 2012-2015

-Developed, sustained rapport with guests, and promoted customer relations as the designated liaison for international travelers- Serviced formal events: conferences, dinners, bar-mitzvahs etc - Provided and trained staff in customer service for the executive lounge- Managed all aspects of guest bookings for peak-holiday i.e. Passover meals
