I provide HR services to HSSG leaders and employees. This includes:- Advising on the relevant Acts and Awards as well as various policies and procedures.- Creating and leading HR projects and initiatives, for example, orientation sessions for new employees.- Supporting all operational aspects of HR ranging from responding to general queries, coordinating the onboarding process for new staff, preparing and disseminating process guidelines, generating reports, preparing shift work letters, preparing supporting documents for briefs and separating staff.

Through its range of print and online products, OBG offers comprehensive and accurate analysis of macroeconomic and sectoral developments, including banking, capital markets, insurance, energy, transport, industry and telecoms.Through market research and strategic networking, I identified and met with public and private sector leaders for their editorial input into our macroeconomic research; raised OBG’s international profile; increased awareness of the company’s products and their benefits; and built on the company’s database of subscribers and advertisers.I resigned from this role to move to Tanzania to be with my husband.

I was the company's Project Director in the Bahamas and Zambia, and Project Manager in Jamaica.My responsibilities included opening and managing projects to ensure KPIs and deadlines were met and within budget; establishing and interviewing senior government officials and c-suite executives in multiple industries; leading and/or supporting the negotiation of sponsorships totalling USD800,000 for coverage in Harvard Business Review; raising the international profile of OBG and its products and their benefits; and building on the company's database of subscribers and advertisers.

GLP is a US-based NGO that uses film and photography to cultivate empathy across cultures. In addition to producing my own GLP shoot in Kazakhstan, I was the Executive Producer of the Lives In Transit series, which filmed 24 hours in the lives of transportation workers in Colombia, Algeria, Canada, Spain, Turkey, Vietnam, Nepal, Korea, India and China. I interviewed and trained producers in those countries and oversaw all aspects of their shoots; trained and managed GLP’s staff members, interns and international community of translators; and presented at Global Lives’ Filmmakers Forum at UC Berkley and Global Lives for the Future Forum.
