In this position I opened and closed the store in a time efficient manner, kept track of daily quotas through the day, managed breaks, and acted as the operations manager. The operations manager is split into two jobs which are visual and process. I handled the processing portion, where I completed markdowns, made sure the backroom organization was.

My time in this position I checked in students who were residents there and their guests using a card reading software. I also manually checked in guests who attended summer camps at SIU. These camps consisted of hundreds of children and adults, and I made sure everyone was accounted for during check in and check out.

I called and recruited potential employees to schedule appointments for interviews. I occasionally sat in on these interviews.
