Entrepreneur with more than 10 years experience in designing office chairs.The aim of my company is to create solutions that boost the wellbeing into the workplaces.I believe that quality and technology are the key factors that engage the construction of products designed to last in time.Our motto is, in fact, "Never Ending Chairs", a payoff that contains the essence of our values.I reckon that continuous education is the key to success in a more than ever competitive market, and that requires a cutting-edge technique and communications.Ever since my bachelor's degree in political sciences, with a major in economics, I learned with curiosity and determination the art of doing business, studying its economical and societal characteristics.The innovation I bring into my products comes from a continuous renovation of the company structure, be it conferred by Lean Management techniques or Circular Economy ones.I strongly believe in people's ability to transform the entire production process, and that is the reason why I value every peculiarity of my team members, as essential resources to improvement and growth.This is the main value that moves my creations: I likewise design solutions that can guarantee the wellbeing of other companies human resources, so that they can be committed into the innovation of the society.
