Covering mainly Manufacturing and Capital Goods sectors, my team is involved in the structuring and execution of acquisition and leveraged finance transactions (also refi/capex) and in the underwriting of IG/HY notes, both sponsor and corporate driven.

I’m involved in the structuring and execution of corporate debt transactions in any technical form: secured/unsecured TL (refi and capex financing), acquisition and leveraged finance, RCF, public bonds and PP.My team is in charge of the whole credit process:- Structuring and execution of the financing;- Due-diligence process and creditworthiness analysis; - Preparation of internal memos and credit application for the Credit Risk Commitee;- Finance documentation negotiation.Main activities' sectors: Capital Goods, Industrial&Manufacturing, Steel&Materials, Automotive.

As second rotation of the Graduate Program I was involved in the execution of corporate lending transactions covering midcap business (Turnover EUR 50-300 M).My team is in charge of the whole credit process until the first drawdown:- Structuring and execution of the financing;- Due-diligence process and creditworthiness analysis; - Preparation of internal memos and credit application for the Credit Risk Commitee;- Finance documentation negotiation.Main activities' sectors: Oil&Gas, Aerospace&Defense, Industrial&Manufacturing.

As first rotation of the Graduate Program I was involved in the execution of corporate and project finance debt transactions encouraging the internationalization of Italian companies and supporting them through structured facilities (also based on sovreign risk profile).My team was in charge of the whole credit process until the first drawdown:- Issuance of Letter of Interests;- Structuring the financing;- Due-diligence process and creditworthiness analysis; ;- Preparation of internal memos for the Board of Directors', the Credit Risk Commitee and VP;- Finance documentation negotiation.Main activities' sectors: Cruise&Shipping, Oil&Gas, Aerospace&Defense.

As an intern in the Deal Advisory - Restructuring team I was mainly involved in the collection and analysis of economic and financial data, prepation of companies' profiles and a first approach to financial modelling.My team was in charge of the whole process pursuant to companies' debt restructuring, insolvency procedures or distressed M&A.Main activities' sectors: Aerospace&Defence and Automotive.
