Currently leading a team of 13 people (5 direct reports) in the largest engineered-to-order valve manufacturing plant within Schlumberger. Main responsibilities are: • Coordinating team activities to reduce the Cost of Non-Conformities• Assigning and participating in Project Quality Engineering activities • Managing Customer Complaints and leading Root Cause investigations • Assuring Quality Certificates are shipped with our products timely and according to Customer Specs • Overseeing final inspection activities and quality inspectors demands

Three six-months rotations in operation positions (Quality, Manufacturing, Planning)• Developed horizontal knowledge on all production related processes• Worked directly with Plant Manager and first line Managers on continuous improvement and digitalization projects

Six months thesis period in Germany where I studied new trajectory methods for ABB robotics. I worked on a new trajectory generation method which is popular in the machine learning department: the challenge was to diminish the gap between the academic and industrial field by enhancing the performance of the robot at high velocities and by obtaining time optimality through black- box optimization and basic machine learning methods.

Internship with an aim towards external certifications. I worked and participated in the final audits to obtain the following certifications: ISO9001, EN15085 and ISO TS 22163. I also worked on NC (Non-Conformities), writing procedures, CCRP (Customer Complaint Resolution Process), inspections of incoming and finished products and various OpEx projects. I got trained and received the certification in “Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma”.
