• Managed two phased project which includes the renewal of Atlantic Trade and Investment Growth Strategy and Agreement and an Internal Trade project to determine the future direction of Trade.

Revamping an existing non-repayable Pan-Atlantic program to strategically assist SME’s • Project Management for new initiatives; Digital Acceleration Program (DAP), Strategic Growth Initiative (SGI), Continuous Improvement Lean training.• Worked with team to develop new Pan-Atlantic program called Digital Acceleration Pilot (DAP). • Participating in Treasury Board’s mandated project to analyze ACOA’s inventory of information resources. Meet with multiple clients to review business processes and create process maps to identify information of business value.• Successfully implemented over 20 SharePoint projects ranging from team sites to custom solutions. Met with clients and stakeholders to gather business requirements, troubleshoot business processes, and make appropriate recommendations.• Developed and delivered SharePoint training to over 250 staff members in regional and head office locations. • Cultivating excellent long-term relationships with clients, maintaining ongoing communication and facilitating solutions to address concerns.• Meet with clients to resolve both technical and procedural issues, create functional and technical documents, and encourage user acceptance.
