• Responsible for overall delivery of ordered services from order receipt to installation.
• Prepared, processed, and submitted orders to underlying carriers and or vendors for new installs. Created MACD's for existing customers to handle moves and disconnects of voice, data, managed services and collocation.
• Worked with a number of external systems to send ASR's, LSR's, Port Out requests, 800 Resporg, 911, LIDB, MSAG/LSAG validation, Special Access Tariff, PIC care and a host of Ancillary Services.
• Managed customer service migrations from one carrier to the next for Long Distance, Toll Free, and Local switched services. Responsible for ordering multiple types of transport UNE's, EEL's, EoC, EoF, and MPLS.

• VoIP provisioner responsible for ordering VoIP services for over 8000 Walgreens locations that were upgrading to CISCO equipment.
• Porting of lines from POTS to VoIP.
• Project coordinator for the removal of old services from over 7000 locations thereby streamlining services and efficiencies.
• Coordinated a T1 disconnect project that involved the consolidation of data costs resulting in overall gains of approximately $764,000 annually.
• Placed orders with local telephone companies and long distance carriers (specifically PaeTec/Windstream, Verizon, Qwest etc.) Tracking orders to insure due dates are met and telco completes as ordered.
• Escalating within the telco to move orders and meet due dates.

Basking Ridge, NJ, US

• My duties entailed maintenance and testing of telecommunications circuits, ranging from DS3’s & T1’s to DS0’s using various types of testing equipment.
• Switch equipment to Nortel software, Multiplexers and DXC’s were used to prove out the network.
• A great deal of coordination was needed while working with field operations/NOC’s and vendors to ensure customer satisfaction.
• MTTR levels had to be met while maintaining good quality work and customer service.
• I also provided support for layer 2 installation, maintenance and testing of CPE including routers, CSU/DSUs, VoIP products, and channel banks.

• My role as a circuit design engineer was to develop technical specifications and design customer digital and analog circuits. This included DS-1, DS-0, Point to Point, Frame Relay.
• Used Bellcore standards and defined customer requirements to determine engineering codes and other technical parameters required to place orders to LEC's.
• Provided coordination and assistance to network design, sales, provisioning coordinators, network maintenance and field operations in design, testing and trouble resolution.
• Assisted in negotiations with LEC's concerning engineering design specifications interface formats for information exchange.
