• VoIP provisioner responsible for ordering VoIP services for over 8000 Walgreens locations that were upgrading to CISCO equipment. • Porting of lines from POTS to VoIP. • Project coordinator for the removal of old services from over 7000 locations thereby streamlining services and efficiencies. • Coordinated a T1 disconnect project that involved the consolidation of data costs resulting in overall gains of approximately $764,000 annually. • Placed orders with local telephone companies and long distance carriers (specifically PaeTec/Windstream, Verizon, Qwest etc.) Tracking orders to insure due dates are met and telco completes as ordered. • Escalating within the telco to move orders and meet due dates. • Worked with repair when problems occurred and with local carriers to complete Centrex services (POTS, Centrex, Call Forwarding, Disconnect Supervision, etc...). • Used Nortel Norstar equipment 8X24, 0X32, DR5, MICS 4.0, 6.0 for phone system programming.
