The station had long been the number one English station but during my tenure at the station we were able to beat the Mandarin-speaking stations for one survey in late 2018. 2) Number 1 in my timebelt for English radio the entire tenure when I was at the station. I was then Presenter/Producer of the late night show Love Songs.The Singapore radio market is heavy on radio roadshows as outreach and also using DJs to host external events, this emcee experience has greatly benefited my current career as a communications coach and keynote speaker. -

I was presenter and producer of The Lowdown from 10am to 1pm weekdays.2) Part of the team which made the station consistently number 1 in every survey.3) I was part of the team behind the World's Tallest Radio Broadcast at the top of Burj Khalifa. Sir Richard Branson, Virgin Group owner, flew over especially for the broadcast. I learned so much about radio and the art of presenting to a global audience. Dubai is a very unique market, it taught me to connect with people from all over the world on 104.4 Virgin Radio Dubai for four years at which time we were consistently the dominant number 1 radio station in the UAE. It was a special time in radio.At Virgin Radio I also learnt all about branding and social media. I was given the additional duties of being the station videographer and photographer in the early social media era. A lot of what I know about personal branding, I learnt from observing how the station branded itself and its jocks. During this time, CNN International were also doing a luxury special on Dubai and I was flattered to be asked to be feature. You can watch the footage in the media. -
