Leads the College in implementing DEIB strategic initiatives, partnering with campus leaders, faculty, students, staff, and internal and external constituencies to support the college's values and strategic goals, including recruitment and retention strategies for students and employees. Provides strategic direction for training initiatives on DEIB and collaborates with various offices to support campus diversity clubs and organizations. Creates content and facilitates training, discussion and educational events on various DEI topics.
