I am an ambitious, positive change agent committed to creating a results-driven, inclusive environment wherever I am. I spent over 8 years building expertise in understanding customer experiences and needs through various process improvement, sales coaching, and customer insights analysis roles at Capital One. While growing my career there, I simultaneously launched and ran a hair extensions company benefitting women battling cancer, as well as a social media educational platform for influencers to organically grow their platforms.These experiences pushed me to focus on Marketing, Entrepreneurship & Innovation during my MBA at The Wharton School.
