In this role, I enabled the delivery of end-to end recruitment process components including, but not limited to prepping and posting requisitions to internal and external sites, manage identified candidate offers and correspondence, advise hiring managers on policy and hiring procedure, and managing communications across Talent Acquisition/HR on behalf of Recruitment Operations. I was responsible for end-to-end referral program processes including triaging exception requests and processing bonus payments. I actively engaged in process simplification to enhance the referral process to improve usability and increase employee engagement. I learned how challenging an incentive program can be when the guidelines are not well understood by stakeholders. Managing scope and implementing changes were the challenges I planned to solve.

In this role, I leveraged my experience as a training program designer and delivery project manager, responsible for supporting the coordination and implementation of onboarding, and training and development programs for a large portfolio.I actively supported program operational processes including processing enrolment lists, configuring courses and complex development plans in Enterprise learning management system, creating and scheduling communications, managing rosters and tracking attendance, collaborating with hospitality, managing production of program materials, participant and faculty binders/folders, evaluations and all other resource allocation for programming. I also had the opportunity to collaborate with SME’s in redesign and implementation of training programs some of which required protection of sensitive client data. One high-priority project I managed resulted in decreased time of “speed to market” for corresponding segment of new hiresTeam lead in an effort to increase efficiency by 50%. We met this goal and enhanced productivity by simplifying business engagement processes, automating communications, and configuring reports to track learner data.
