In my previous role in the Client Services Support team, I have demonstrated the ability to effectively handle situations and/or enquiries while working within quality assurance guidelines, procedures and standard processes. You will find that I am a self-starter with strong initiative and a commitment to quality; I strive to take ownership of my work and I am able to analyse, prioritise and resolve client requests or issues as quickly and effectively as possible.Furthermore, I am a very quick learner; I learn new applications/systems quickly and efficiently. Having problem solving skills has been imperative to my current role, as well as having a strong customer service focus. I have always identified trends and provided feedback whenever possible. I have high attention to detail and the patience that enables me to identify problems and provide solutions with a very high level of patience.I am always looking for continuous improvement and I am confident I will be able to support the team along with finishing my assigned tasks which makes me a perfect fit for a multitasking environment.
