I was assigned to the Engineering Services department, ST Aerospace Services Co Pte Ltd (SASCO).As an intern, I supported the engineers in the analysis and resolution of aircraft structural damages and mechanical system defects that are not adequately addressed by maintenance manuals or customer-provided work instructions. My daily tasks included liaison with airlines / original equipment manufacturers, and the development of the Engineering documents and work instructions that enabled the Maintenance Department to rectify such defects.

I was attached to the Human Resource Department and was involved in the improvement of the reporting process of man hours as well as other related reporting formats. I was also involved in the ideation process for improvements in the Time Management system at the aircraft hangers.

I attended an industry training programme in AMECO Beijing.
