We combined MRI-guided radiotherapy and immune checkpoint inhibitors in an orthotopic mouse model to "re-educate" the tumor microenvironment and the immune system. I was responsible for setting up all preclinical trials in our lab, and we studied the immune system's response to treatments using immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry.06/2015-10/2017 .
