Throughout my career, I have designed and implemented effective strategies for both businesses and integrated processes. I have led and built teams and businesses across many different disciplines and locations. As well as possessing a thorough understanding of investment governance, board dynamics and the UK pension industry, I pride myself on being an empathetic and collaborative leader.My philosophy is that working with people and empowering them to get the best out of themselves is fundamental for any business to thrive.The pensions industry supports the successful retirement for millions of member and I am proud to be part of an employee owned organisation that places members at the heart of our business.

This includes the successful development of Pi's well established Trustee and Governance services to meet the demands of the changing market.
