Simone Lippini graduated from the University Alma Mater Studiorum of Bologna, Faculty of Construction Engineering and Architecture in 2003.After a working experience in technical office with particular regard to the design and construction management with Prof. Conato Fabio’s Studio in Bologna, from 2004 he began his experience in the construction building industry with Diwem Building Innovation company. During this time he was Project Manager and responsible for the design and construction of offices, factories and outlets - with particular attention to dry construction systems. In few time he fill the role of Commercial Director, General Direction, CEO and partner in Company for works in Italy and some european countries.From 2010 with the partners and previous commercial and technical network he create the Jendy Joss Building, with some important innovative ideas and patents for prefabbricate dry systems for modern and technologically advanced construction.Jendy Joss is specialized in designing facades of many buildings and he was also responsible for all aspects of order management, production control and assembly. Simone follows the management of marketing and exhibitions, European funding for technological innovation, research and development. Specialties: integrated design, facade engineering and technology, R&D, dry systems technology, prefabricate technology, marketing and building relationships in architecture, project management.
