In my career I have played various business tasks, and worked with positions of responsibility on different projects. I have joined this project sin the first phases, from the bid, to the prototype construction. On this project I led also the design office. Due to the nature of the project, as project manager, I attended all the meeting, in order to ensure that all the dead lines were reached without any delay, improving solution that helped during the production and installation phase.Shock and vibration test according the EN 61373 were conducted on three different type of cubicles, the critical ones, and all the cubicles passed the tests on first issue. For the first year of production one train month was requested by our customer, but during the second year of production a two train month was requested and achieved developing sub assembly production in different sites of my company, from Italy (such as Caserta sites) to Poland site.I plan all the line of production from the smallest subassembly to the final assembly, in order to reach our customer goals.Due to the several design changes, I had to organize up to 15 people in different sites (Vado Ligure, Pistoia, Piacenza, Firenze, Napoli) to upgrade our product to the latest revision of functional schematic drawings.Actually, almost 80 people are working on this project, from Design office, to Service on customer sites. Due to the several objectives achieved on this project, our customer extended our scope of supply to the supply of all the electrical cabinet and underframe boxes of ETR1000 project.Our scope of supply changed from 1100 Items, to 2132 items till the end of the project planned on September 2016. On 2007, the production rating were planned with a rating of one train every month, but after march 2007 both our customers (Ansaldo Breda and Firema Trasporti) asked to increased that plan to four train every month. I had the responsibility to lead my company to reach this goal, and after three mont we were able to satisfied our customers request. At the time the technical manager quit my company, so I took her place and led the project in all his phases. The design phase was a complete success, reaching a goal never reached before. All the design phase and the first prototype of all the 8 kind of cubicles delivered in only 8 month. Unfortunately, due to the bankruptcy of our customers, production has undergone many stops and starts to date.
