• Lead and manage organizational change • Build and maintain strong community engagement• Provide leadership across the organizations• To actively develop, implement and lifestyle programs to meet the varying needs and ability of the residents.• Design and cater for the individual emotional well being of the residents by offering lifestyle adjustments in a warm and accepting environment. • Constantly strive to attain improvement in all areas of work by participating in quality enhancement programs involving activities that are formalised, systematic and ongoing. • Implementation, delivery and tracking of various training modules to staff and stakeholders to ensure compliance with the operation and strategic business objectives. • Manage and update the Resident Care Plans. • Develop & encourage Volunteer recruitment and involvement. • Policy Development and review. • Marketing including preparation of Calendars, Newsletters, Facebook, website updates and community email.• Assist with departmental rostering. • Assist with departmental recruitment selection. • Adhere to WHS policies, procedures and programs to meet legislative requirements • Monitor departmental budget • Contribute to a business plan
