This job was a gamble that paid off immensely in terms of experience, and I'm thankful to all parties involved for giving me such great opportunity. I was in charge of the constitution office at the beginning, building the new factory from scratch, while drafting a Joint Venture agreement, managing between lawyers, the Chinese party, the Italy party and all misunderstandings that went along. As the company started, I was General Manager and Director of The Board. The company was finally transformed into a WOFE after about 2 years of struggling between the parties. Deep transformation also ongoing on the Italian party contributed a bit. Happy to have achieved the build up of my first entire company team, and had quite a success there. My team was compact and reliable, especially after the company became a WOFE.
