Main activities included:- Strategy re-definition of fresh foods: re-think of the overall business model in terms of supply chain, assortment, promotion, pricing, layout and employees training. Responsible for data analysis, simulations and project management with direct coordination of 3 junior resources. Followed set-up phase, pilot scheme, full implementation and monitoring.- Set-up of a management controlling tool in order to estimate the real profitability of a retailer’s network. Responsible for data analysis and simulations, interviews to management in order to build criteria for allocating costs. - PMO activity on a Merger operation involving three among the top Italian retailers (around €1.5 mio revenue each). Project management on 14 different teams (including legal, health & safety, accounting, financial, Governance, intellectual property, etc.), with direct report to management and coordination of 1 junior resource. - Change management intervention for the adoption of a new Insurance claim’s management software. Responsible for the overall courses planning (10.000+ people involved), preparation of the educational material, direct teaching in several master plan courses in the entire Italian territory (30+ people classrooms).- Functional analysis for a software supporting Insurance claim’s operations. Responsible for process mapping, functional requirements definition, testing and validation of the acceptance criteria defined. Through the adoption of Scrum Agile methodology, I worked with both Business users and the IT Office.- Data analysis of the service planned, offered and perceived within the main steps of the customer journey. Responsible for the identification of the main evidences (analysis of mystery client, customer satisfaction, maturity model) and reports preparation for Top management, Marketing and Sales departments.
