As a Manager at Deloitte Legal, I advise our clients on a wide variety of employment law issues, such as leading and assisting with HR-restructurings from beginning to end, including transfer of undertakings, HR legal due diligence, GDPR, teaching HR legal courses, providing global mobility assistance from an employment law perspective, advising and representing clients (employers) in disputes against labour unions, drafting a variety of relevant (legal) documents such as contracts, leave policies, bonus/incentive schemes, restrictive covenants etc.
