Italian photographer, approached the world of photography after obtaining a degree in geological sciences. I specialized in socio-ethnographic assignments and I dedicate my time to make people aware of the conditions and exploitation of minors in conflict countries and in those with social and economic problems. My articles dedicated to these topics, inspired by assignments to Myanmar, Cambodia, Brazil, Tanzania, Palestine, Cuba, Thailand, Laos, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Pakistan, Iran, and Costa Rica, have appeared in national and international publications like Vanity Fair, D Repubblica delle donne, Gente, Panorama, Il Venerdi di Repubblica, Grazia, Week-End, In Viaggio, PeaceReporter, Tu style, Gioia, Rolling Stone, Max, GQ, Donna Moderna, L’Espresso, Le Figaro, El Pais, O globo and Epoca.In 2005, I began collaborating with the publication “PeaceReporter”, the upshot of the Italian NGO, Emergency. Some of the articles written for them were published in the book entitled I conflitti in ombra.Since 2005, I' ve been dedicated my work to both “adult” and “children’s” fashion photography. I currently collaborate on a stable basis with various fashion companies. Among these are “Guanacaste” Travel Routes published by the Costa Rica Tourism Authority and CERVIA, nello sguardo nella mente e nel cuore, which competed at the festival of Arles, published for I tipi de Il Vicolo Editore. Again with the publisher Il Vicolo, a new project is underway aimed at documenting the lives of today’s teenagers.
