With over 30 years of experience working in Customer Service and Facilities Management for important Italian Civil and Private Administrations, I had the opportunities of gaining strong knowledge in anaging services, teams, and client relationship.Due to the growth of my interest in the IT industry, I decided to enrol at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, UK, where I graduated with a "Bachelor of Science with Honours" degree in Cyber Security, I have therefore made the decision to seek employment in this field of work.The analysis and management of cyber threats and alerts through tooling and applications in the Security Operations Centre (SOC), was the primary objective of my dissertation research in collaboration with GÉANT, Cambridge UK.In addition, as volunteer, I am collaborating with Cambridge Online (https://cambridgeonline.org.uk) to support their primary objective of “Digital Skills for All”, with an emphasis on Cyber Security. As a Sergeant in the Italian Navy, I transferred communications during operations in the First Gulf War between the Italian military, NATO, and the US military.I received extensive communications training at a military naval academy in Italy, which enabled me to perform long shifts under pressure while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality.I constantly strive to sharpen my skills and apply the knowledge gained from my previous roles to accomplish company objectives.
