• Calculation and analysis of Net Financial Position and Cash Flow (with analysis of forecast-actual deviations).

• Negotiation of terms and conditions – with focus on pricing and deal breaker clauses - of bond issuance both for tender and executive phase;
• Management of the issued guarantees stock, both by banks and Corporate, to ensure the most efficiency cost saving between issuance and expiration;
