As I&A Estimation Group Head my duty is related to the Estimation and Assessment of budgets and schedules, the responsibility for execution of activities within target of planned budget and timing schedule, coordination of assigned resources. I lead a group of 4 people plus two subcontracting companies and all the other Operating Centers of the group.

From January 2017 until December 2018 I was the coordinator of the instrumentation group for the revamping and expansion activities of the SOCAR Ethylene plant in Azerbaijan (Baku). Throughout the engineering phase I was responsible for respecting the budget in terms of man hours and purchasing activities relating to the purpose of the instrumentation..

During this period I coordinated the activities for two FEEDs in the PTA technology strand. Activities included management of engineering hours, interface with customers, interface with the project team and compliance with the issue of all technical documentation: project specifications, instrument list, system architecture and technical datasheets for.
