In detail, I'm learning how to:- evaluate the Out-Of-Trend (OOT) and Out-Of-Specification (OOS) values obtained from the batch-release analysis by calculating the prediction interval and based on historical data;- Evaluate the outlier results by Grubbs' test and Dixon's Q test;- Determine the degradation profiles of stability studies (under normal or accelerated conditions) in order to infer future results and to calculate the OOT and OOS control limits;- process data involved in Investigations, Deviations or PQR.In addition, I'm learning the GxPs (GMP and GLP), the knowledge about the Statistical Process Control (Cpk and Ppk) and the Statistical Sampling (ISO 2859-1 "Sampling procedures for inspection by attributes")Software I'm employing: GEODE+ (for documentation management), LIMS, Minitab and Excel.
