 Staff Management – 2 Senior Lecturers and 16 Sessional/Casual staff  National delivery of 16 health science based subjects across five Bachelor of Health Science degrees and two HE Diplomas. Courses delivered nationally across 4 campuses in Victoria, NSW, QLD and SA. Managed the Higher Education Diploma of Health Science in both a fully online and blended delivery format. Academic and administrational support of 1000+ students both face to face and online. Curriculum development and governance requirements to ensure AQF and HE Standards are met. Foundational science subject development for TUA. Completed the ‘I Lead’ Leadership training in October 2015.Achievements:• Rated in to the top 10% of employees of Laureate Universities Australia with a performance rating of 5 (Clearly Exceeds Expectations) in 2014 and 2015.• Granted a seed research and conference grant - 2016• Laureate Legend Awards (nominated by peers and colleagues) 2015 and 2016• Lecturing Excellence Award, THINK Education (nominated by faculty) 2013 and 2014• Campus leader in the working party involved in the successful change management process for the LMS changeover from Moodle to Blackboard which ensured a smooth transition and minimal disruption for students and staff (2015).• Further developed the PASS program for SSNT which is now being piloted nationally across 8 colleges and having significant impact on student retention in their first year of study (100% of those students who attend more than one PASS class pass the subject).• Played a key role in the co-ordination, development and re-writing of course content for the Bachelor Health Science degrees into a ‘Flipped Classroom’ and Blended delivery format as well as the training of academic staff and further professional development in Flipped Learning (2014-2016). Personally developed and wrote 5 subjects.
