I am employed as a Project Leader, my role is to coordinate the project team. The Teams are composed by one person of each departments: Purchasing, Sales, Industrialization, Production (rep. Plastic Injection, rep. Blanking plates, rep. Winding , rep. Assembling); Workshop and Laboratory. In addition I’m , are also operating part with regard to the design (Pro-E; Pro-Mechanica; Virtual Lab).Followed products are: Automotive, Appliance and Ventilation.Automotive Climate (HVAC Appliances); correctors trim lights.Actuators The complexity of the product implies the knowledge of the main processes: plastic injection molding, metal stamping and forming and assembly (winding, and linne assembly mechanics and electronics.I am currently managing two major projects involving the implementation of stepper actuators, both with SOP 2014 (we are currently in the process of product validation and manufacturing assembly lines).The Standards to which we refer in the design and industrialization are written by the OEM. We currently produce actuators climate for all major manufacturers of HVAC (Valeo, Denso, Delphi, Visteon). Our largest customer is the final OEM Volkswagen group.The headlight angle corrector is also a geared motor, formed by a DC motor and a gear chain with transformation of rotary motion into linear. Such linear movement generates the variation of the position of the potentiometer with variation of electric potential, which is read by the control unit of the car and allows the management of the angle buoyancy headlights.Appliance brushless electric motors for applications NO-Frost; Ventilation Asynchronous Electric Motors in current Aletrnata Rotor Outside (single and pluri.velocità).The major clients with whom we work are: Miele Bosch, Whirlpool, Indesit for the appliance and Zihel-Abegg; Oestberg for the ventilation.

I worked into the Research and Development office, i cooperated in a 5 people team, on the development of the components for coocking appliances: burners and gas valves.1°Step:Idea --> idea, the basical item for every Development activities, could born from two way: first one, from our customers requests; the second one, from Defendi ideas own.2°step: Cad-Cam modelling (Pro-E software for cad) 3°step: development into the Laboratory --> samples were tested into Defendi laboratory, in order to make burners in conformity with European and/or American Directives.Test examples: flow rate tests, combustion tests, backflame tasts, frillingflame tests, visible tests, ignition tests, pendulum test, flash test, piper test,etc..4°step: delivery of samples to customer and customers omologation5°step: Production
