 Training of all new customer service agents. Upskill training for current agents. New product training.  Roll out training to the entire department for any new SOP’s. Investigate all client and customer escalations reported to the contact centre for any service failures. Skilled in our emergency orders department. In charge of being on standby for 7 days a month to facilitate all lifesaving emergency orders to hospitals. Ensure the orders are delivered within a strict time period, co-ordinate with our warehouse and delivery drivers.  Facilitate QA sessions with agents i.e. listen to calls and assess emails. Capture data on an excel spread sheet. Read and allocate emails to contact centre agents. Allocate orders and credit returns to contact centre agents equally. Achievement – Accuracy in understanding emails. Speed in reading, capturing and allocating the emails to agents. Capture and update distribution desk files.  Forward all request to contact centre agent as per the capacity indicator through CIC.  Quality assess and capture first and final responses received from contact agents.  Update files on an hourly basis and send updates.
