• Coordinate, plan, implement and run seasonal campaigns with a core focus on web content strategy and functionality; Conduct campaign post- analysis, using reporting/measurement software.• Execute and assist with all Affiliate, promo code and SEM activities driving customer acquisition and retention programs. • Design and approve artwork for collections. Online display and banner advertising, including optimization and A/B testing (Dart for Publishers & Don Draper). Report campaign results. • Conduct split testing of website Banners and email templates/subject lines. Report results. • Coordinate and support public relations campaigns, including the development of press releases for activities related to trade marketing.• Brand management. Providing all LivingSocial branding collateral to the marketplace.• Run all social media campaigns; strategising, managing and developing content for 15 facebook pages.• Support sales staff by researching competitor initiatives, market share, advertising, subscriber data, brand health and maintaining research database.• Supporting the “Merchant Loyalty” program; involving coordinating communication to the merchants, running forums, compiling surveys results, implementing new initiatives, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, coordinating mailing lists, creating support material and budget accountability.• Working with numerous charities and third party PR agencies.• General administrative support of the marketing team; report processing, sales team support and project budget management and reviews.
