Managing the effective implementation of workforce planning, talent acquisition, on-boarding and transitioning of resources. Responsibilities include:Resource and Workforce Planning• Work closely with the offshore team, account manager and project managers to manage scheduling of staff on different engagements.• Generate metrics and reports to senior management• Monitor/escalate roll off details by project to increase accuracy of roll off data and proactive allocation of resources. Enhance and Maintain Resources Skill Inventory and Availability Reporting• Working closely with stakeholders and cross divisional Resource Management team and BUs to re-deploy staff and identify capability needs• Bench Management• Provide ongoing analysis and insights of operational performance, providing dashboard metrics as required by management and stakeholders.• Work with the Information Security team to generate the Risk Assessment Report for HR functions. • Update and maintain the resource tracking system to ensure data integrity.• Work with the counterparts in other regions – India, USA & Middle East for international assignments of resources.Human Resource Management:• Employee On boarding which includes Reference check, Background Verification, Contract/Offer roll out, Police Checks, Joining formalities and induction. Worked closely with the Payroll department for accurate fortnightly payroll processing and to be compliant with client SOW. • Enhance and Maintain HR Master Control tracking system• Monthly HR one-one meeting with resources at various client sites to address the issues, if any. All the discussions are documented and tracked to a closure.• Employee Termination, which includes Exit Interview, Issuance of Service Letters, Access revocation.Recruitment• Managing Full Cycle of Recruitment - Sourcing, Scheduling Interviews, Offer generation; negotiation and Closures, Pre Joining Formalities, Joining and Post joining requirements.
