Built trusted partnerships to effectively manage our special projects and change portfolio across the APAC/ANZ Sales organisation of ~3000 team members. In addition, as a member of the COO leadership team, supporting our COO team in ‘Chief of Staff’ duties.

As a key element of Telstra's strategy, the Digitisation program was a critical enabler for the business. Leading the change delivery, I partnered closely with the many sub-group leads, who each managed their own portfolios across the program, to understand requirements, prioritise asks and deliver on the various change needs. As a member of the leadership team, I was accountable for driving our wholistic Agile change strategy.

Led a team of amazingly skilled change and communications professionals to deliver our multi-year change journey implementing Salesforce across our Enterprise organisation, both internally and with our partner network. This was a highly complex, transformational change program, onboarding new users concurrently while launching new functionality in fortnightly Agile sprints, all while uplifting and embedding existing user capability and integrating with other business and tech projects! I was lucky enough to work end-to-end leading this program, from the change strategy, to implementation, to embedding and ongoing evolution.

Managing a large digital change program into our national store network and contact centres globally.

Leading the implementation and ongoing management of the overall IT change and communications strategy across IT, promoting awareness and engagement. Extensive stakeholder engagement supporting each of the IT Directors and their respective lines of business with their change and communications requirements.Key achievements:Awarded the CIO Award in December 2012 and December 2013 for my work in the change and communications space.Managed a whole of IT re-organisation, impacting all the lines of business (2000+ team members).Created and managed the IT change plan for the Employee Engagement Survey which achieved a 90% participation rate, increasing this result from the previous year. This included above and below the line communications.

Managed the change,communications and training for an IT systems upgrade project.Developed a national training plan and led a team of 5 full time trainers and administrators (additional 3 trainers part time) day to day, to successfully deliver a key training workshop to all Myer stores nationally. Managed an Organisational Transition Plan for the business team throughout the transition period.Oversaw the end to end communication process between the business and technical teams to ensure all key changes were communicated effectively, directing the implementation of all communication materials to the business Coordinated the end to end design of marketing posters for the project, including copywriting, editing and design team liaison.Oversaw the ongoing review and completion of change plans for various key business stakeholders.Created and presented a Train the Trainer session to all project trainers.Developed and lead the project support solution for stores after go live.

Developing and implementing the communications and change management for an IT upgrade in Myer Stores. This includes developing various instructional communications, writing newsletters, coordinating, developing and implementing training material, assisting in change meetings and liaising between the technical and business teams.

The main focus of my role as a CSR was to take care of all our contractors! This involved making sure people were getting paid, contractors were happy at work and in their roles.

Shortlist candiddates through phone and face to face screening to then submit to clients for various roles. Assist other recruiters through reference checking as well as then autonmously recruiting for various roles as my experience in the industry grew.
