F&B Attendant
After leaving my position at Riverbar, I was given an opportunity to be a part of the opening team for the Piano Bar, the newest outlet within the Emporium Hotel brand. The step back into an F&B Role has allowed me to refine my service skills. Over May-June, I acted as the relief Bar Manager while our full-time manager was away on leave, responsible for rostering & wage costs, ordering, event coordination within our outlet, and attending all upper management meetings (events & F&B).
