About Simone Paccati

I am a mechanical/energy engineer with good knowledge and experience in the fields of fluid dynamics, combustion and heat transfer problems applied to gas turbine components.During my PhD at the Department of Industrial Engineering of the University of Florence I have worked on the development of advanced CFD strategies for Conjugate Heat Transfer problems with low computational cost approaches by employing several methodologies derived from Machine Learning framework.Currently, I work as CFD Engineer at Morfo Design - Advanced Aerodynamics, carrying out numerical analyses in the framework of aerodynamics applied to several industrial fields and supporting the development of new engineering solutions.In addition to my passion for everything about the aeronautical field, I'm a basketball player. My teammates are my second family!
