My career can be separated into two parts: - From 1990 to 2011 I worked as a professional in product management and marketing of pharmaceutical products- From 2013 to 2023 I pursued a career in corporate learning with a focus on the use of learning technologies. Overall, I gathered profound expertise and experiences of business requirements in the pharmaceutical and MedTech industries, of project management, communication and coordination. My analytical skills and strategic capabilities are strong.I held various positions in national and international product management and marketing for parenteral nutrition products (Rx). I successfully launched several brands on national and global basis during these years. Both strategic and operational marketing have been in my responsibility. From 2014, I was in charge of leveraging the functionalities of the internal learning management system (LMS) to fulfil the requirements of diverse departments all across the globe in context with their teaching demands. The outcome was a tremendous increase in the number of courses used and the number of completions achieved. Furthermore, I introduced a new authoring tool for the content creation by internal subject matter experts together with a comprehensive support concept. The uptake by the internal authors was extremely positive and the creation of web-based trainings (WBTs) started right away.Since 2007 I have been leading diverse teams.As a person, I strive for gaining competencies and constantly drive improvements in my area of responsibility.
