Head of Operations and Responsible of Atlier HCI (Hermès Chaussures Italie) Srl, company of Hermès Group created to be:- The unique Bureau d’Etude property of the group for Hermès shoes, managing women collection styles, prototyping in CAD 3D and manufacturing samples, through the coordination of four modelists and a patronnier. - The base for the Industrialization, supporting the development and production of the rest of the collection at the fourteen external factories (Italian and abroad), through the coordination of two Industrialization Responsible (one for women and one for men/casual shoes).- The base for Quality Control office activities (directly coordinated by Development and Quality Department in Paris), four persons for quality control inspection of the finished product and raw materials. - The first manufacturing atelier of Hermès for sandals and women shoes (45K pairs/year installed capacity), with a workforce of thirty artisans coordinated by a Production Responsible. Staff offices includes a planning team of three persons in charge of all supply chain activities (plus two people managing stock and shipments), the HR responsible, Accounting responsible, a Direction Assistant and a Facility Maintenance person.

Supervision of internal production of elegant women shoes for the Louis Vuitton brand, managing a hundred people workforce, coordinating six team leaders, a lean manufacturing engineer, a savoir-faire responsible and a planning office. Schedule of everyday activities in order to maximize quality, improve productivity, respecting delivery targets in terms of quantity and marketing deadlines, through internal production and subcontractors (both Italian and foreigner). Supporting prototyping and development, including production for Fashion Shows.

Forecast and Demand Planning responsible for all channel of service (Independents, Key Accounts, and Department Stores): forecast of the Independents channel of trade and collaborative planning with KA and DS accounts managers for the support of sales. Inventory control responsible for two distribution centers (Atlanta and Ontario CA): optimization of stock levels and reduction of obsolete materials; procurement of finished product from the first level DCs (Italy and China).

Production manager for Sedico Plant:· Resp. for the finishing processes of the plastic ophthalmic frames and sunglasses · Ensure that products are produced efficiently, with the right quality, quantity, and cost respecting thescheduling of the Planning Department.· Resource and equipment planning: budgeting.· Implementation of Lean Production techniques, introduction of lines and cells; responsible of training for workers’ teams

Responsible of Industrial Engineering Department for Sedico Plant· Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promoteefficient staff and facility utilization, in particular introducing Lean Production techniques. Studyoperations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and projectinformation to determine worker functions and responsibilities.· Reporting to the plant manager, coordinated a group of ten persons for the application engineeringmethods and perform statistical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, personnelrequirements, and production standards; estimation production cost and effect of product designchanges for management review, action, and control; Standard times and methods recording andmaintenance; standardization of production cycles; industrialization of new collections realizingequipments and software for machines.
