Technical Project Manager I Design Build Coordinator
CurrentPlan, develop, coordinate, and direct large engineering projects or a number ofsmaller projects through the selection of alternate methods, techniques or designconcepts as required to resolve unique design problems. Coordinate design efforts withpersonnel in related departments, construction project managers and client personnelto review designs and resolve areas of concern. Maintain records, lists and reports asrequired to ensure compliance with the company (design/build) or client’s schedule,adherence to the budget, adherence to procurement specification, or to ensure problemsare monitored and resolved. Coordinate/supervise work of drafters, designers,technical assistants, engineers, subcontractors; including work assignments,scheduling, and review.Provide technical engineering consulting to projects within multipleareas of specialization such as tunneling, underground construction, roads, andbridges. Manage and administer department functions associated with constructiontemporary works engineering including operating budgets, staffing, wage reviews, workassignments, and performance evaluations.
