This promotion allowed me to increase responsibly and co-manage a store. Working with the Store Manager, I keep track of our stores KPI’s, outline opportunities for growth/ training within the team whilst working with the staff on the shop floor creating a wonderful customer experience for all who enter the store.

This role allowed me to expand my management skills in a larger, modern luxury franchise. My day-to-day responsibilities included, opening and closing the store each day, putting through refunds and exchanges from customers, and accepting and creating invoices from external suppliers whilst also delegating and assigning roles for each staff member on shift ensuring workload is completed each day. I also had a major role in implementing goals for each week to ensure out KPI's are met. I also had responsibility for the VM and BOH for the store, ensuring all deliveries and stock is received, prepped and put away properly as well as ensuring the storefront is at standard throughout the day.

I also worked closely with supplier representatives further assisting the store manager with ordering stock for our store.
